I Do… Daniel & Anouska, Woodhall Manor {Favourite Five Moments}

Yesterday I headed in to deepest darkest Suffolk for Daniel and Anouska’s gorgeous intimate wedding at the beautiful Woodhall Manor.

They choose to have a small (just 30 people) but perfectly formed celebration of their closest friends and family. I adore these kind of weddings, they always feel relaxed, special and full of love.

They choose the beautiful Woodhall Manor, a venue I shot a once a few years ago and I couldn’t wait to go back. Its a small Manor house surrounded by pretty gardens, country lanes and fields and makes the perfect setting. Daniel and Anouska had hoped for an outdoor ceremony but the weather didn’t quite play ball so they had the ceremony in the incredible panelled room at the back of the building. Anouska seemed to stand in the most ethereal pool of light during the ceremony  and one of my favourite moments is below, the look between them as Daniel is about to pop the ring on her finger!

This wedding was full of some of my favourite suppliers including I think the most amazing bouquet I have ever seen by Jo Flowers as well as oodles of flowers all over the venue and a yummy and really cute cake by Eventiss.

As Dan and Anouska had opted for one of my mini packages, 5 hours of coverage, I arrived just as the ladies were finishing getting ready and grabbed a few shots of them before heading to Daniel and Chris for some shots of the boys getting in to their suits.

When Anouska got in to her dress we were all blown away, she looked totally incredible and I just had to add this portrait image of her looking like a fairy (thats for you Anouska ;)). I just loved her dad’s reaction on seeing her in her dress so this had to make my favourite 5, happy tears are always wonderful to capture!

They really wanted to make the most of the time with me so after the ceremony we headed off for 30-40 mins of beautiful couple shots around the grounds, lanes and in some of the fields.  After a toast from Daniel I said my goodbyes and left them to eat their meal.

I had such a wonderful day with these guys, it is such an honour to be entrusted to shoot such a beautiful, small, family celebration. Everyone made me feel so welcome and even after just a few hours I left feeling like a part of their families.

It was extreamly hard to choose my favourite five but as always these are the few wonderful moments I managed to get it down to…
