I couldn’t wait for Adam and Gemma’s big day. Apart from the fact they are the loveliest couple and we had so much fun on their gorgeous engagement shoot I have also been super keen to shoot at the beautiful South Farm for the last few years!
Adam actually got my details from his lovely sister Becky (also a bridesmaid) who had been at Milly’s wedding last year (see this HERE) and had loved the photos. She passed my details on to Adam and he and Gemma both felt that they loved my style and booked straight away.
I arrived at the gorgeous South Farm that morning with Gemma, her 5 bridesmaids, flower girl and mum all getting ready in one of the little cottages. With 7 ladies, a little lady and us it was a busy and fun morning! Gemma got in to her beautiful dress and the girls came up for a ‘reveal’ which is one of my favourite shots below as she gave them a ‘spin’.
The guests gathered outside for their ceremony in the summer house and Gemma beamed as she walked down the aisle to meet Adam at the end. A beautiful, emotional ceremony followed and I just adored the image below of Gemma’s Dad Paul with mum Debbie’s arm around him, having a moment as they said their vows.
We headed round the front of the gorgeous house at South Farm for their group photos and a fab confetti shot which I have included, there was LOADS of confetti and as I always say the more the better!
We had a little time round the grounds before they sat for their meal and used the fab vintage gypsy caravans on site. They did their speeches before the meal so everyone could relax and enjoy the amazing food and with a little time before their first dance we headed out to use a couple more areas of the beautiful grounds and the shot in the lavender below was one of these.
After their first dance the dance floor filled up so we stayed and got some awesome dance floor shots before we said goodbye.
So lovely to meet the nicest friends and family and Gemma’s awesome bridesmaids who were some of the most fun bridesmaids ever!
I can’t wait to share the rest in a few weeks time but for now here are my favourite five moments….
