I Do… Simon & Hayley, Chaucer Barn {Favourite Five Moments}

This amazing wedding is actually almost a week ago, where does the time go?!

Last Thursday I headed up for the last time this year to the gorgeous Chaucer Barn for the last time this year! Hayley was getting ready with her bridesmaids and gorgeous daughters in the mezanine sitting room. The brilliant Emily from Love Moi was on makeup and luckily for Hayley one of her lovely bridesmaids was also a hair dresser. Before it was time to get into her dress I headed over to the boys getting ready (and drinking port!) in the other side of the barn. We had a bit of a giggle the guys all getting into their suits and button holes and once ready they looked brilliant.

Hayley’s beautiful daughters sat on the bed and watched mummy get into her wedding dress which I just adored so had to be my first sneak peek. Hayley looked incredible and there were tears all round as she walked down the stairs to reveal herself to her dad, stepdad and her brother, mum and bridesmaids waiting at the bottom of the stairs.

The forecast was looking a bit iffy so we weren’t sure if their planned woodland ceremony would go ahead but it couldn’t have been more beautiful as they all walked across the field. They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony and were presented the rings by Hayley’s daughter Lily. After which they walked through the arch to confetti and back across the field for drinks and canapés.

The barn looked stunning with flowers by the awesome Swaffham Florist and amazing props and signage by The Little Lending Company. The weather started to cloud over so we headed off for a few family shots and their couple shots in the grounds and I especially loved the shots with Lily and Lucy!

The pink sitting room looked stunning with flowers by the awesome Swaffham Florist and amazing props and signage by The Little Lending Company. Before long it was time for them to take a seat fro afternoon tea. They thanked everyone for coming but decided against formal speeches for their lovely relaxed day.

After dinner it had started to rain so we ran out and grabbed a little rain shot before they cut their cake and did their first dance.

I had the best day with these guys and I don’t think I have ever left with a bottle of port and 2 bottles of wine.

Huge thanks to Simon, Hayley their gorgeous girls, friends family and the amazing Jenna. Here are my favourite five moments…
