So as I am on a new drive to blog every day, Friday’s posts are going to be all about a bit of inspiration for the weekend. This could be Wedding related, Lifestyle related or just something that inspires me, hence the name – ‘That Friday Feeling!’

Today’s post is all about Engagement Shoot Inspiration. As I include an Engagement Shoot with all of my wedding packages quite often although my couples are thrilled with the results they are not quite sure how to best use their gorgeous shots, or how to share them with friends and family.  An Engagement Shoot is so important to put you at ease before the wedding day but also as something to look back on in years to come. Most couples have never had a shoot together by this point in their lives but it is a last chance to get some gorgeous shots of the two of you before you become husband and wife and before children become part of the picture! Imagine being able to look back in 10-20-50 years at beautiful images of the two of you at one of your favourite locations simply being you, young, having fun and oozing that engagement magic.

I offer a huge array of products for your home from modern black mounted prints and professionally framed images to modern chunky wrapped canvasses, gorgeous acrylic blocks and stunning graphic alums. Think of them as art work for your walls, they will last a lifetime.

Today though I wanted to introduce products designed especially with your Engagement shoot in mind…

The Framed Sign Board

This is a stunning way to remember your big day – the modern guest book if you like.  This is your favorite image beautifully printed and mounted behind a crisp white mount. Displayed at your reception for your guests to sign the outside (with pencil) and then taken to be framed in your choice of frame ready to hang. These have become so popular and rather than a guest book it is something that you will have hanging on display for years to come.

The Modern Graphic Guest Book

These books are gorgeous. Beautifully printed with an image of the two of you on the front and one on the back they are the perfect way to show off all your engagement shoot images. The books are 26 pages and personally designed by me. They go down a storm at weddings and the guests love to look at the images and choose their favourite page to write on.

The Invitations and Save the Date Cards

If you have your Engagement Shoot early enough then these gorgeous Save the Date cards or Invitations can be produced for you. The Invitations  are printed on silk card  and have an image on the front and a little image on the back with all the details you would like printed on the inside. The Save the Dates have an image on the front and your information printed on the back and are postcard size ready to send. Both the Invitations and Save the Date cards are beautifully printed and can be framed by your friends and family or popped in an album as a keepsake of your day.

For all my lovely couples an Engagement Shoot is included in their wedding package and these items can be bought separately or are included with some of my high end package collections. If you would like some more information or to arrange an Engagement Shoot then please drop me an email or give me a call. I hope that gets your creative juices flowing over the weekend for your own shoot! Happy Friday x
