Saturday was Natalie and Dan’s turn to say I do! We had the most beautiful engagement session last Autumn, sunshine, golden leaves and these two who were just so much fun to shoot.
After our session I was so excited about their wedding! I have never shot at Manor Mews before but had heard great things about it. It is managed by the brilliant Unique Norfolk Venues so I knew it we would be very well looked after on the day. As always Cody and the team were just brilliant!
Manor Mews itself is a real hidden gem. Tucked up a little country lane it is a beautiful complex of holiday cottages so plenty of places for family and guests to stay. The barn itself is stunning, really large and fairly light for a Norfolk barn with a sweet sheltered garden and outside area. Surrounded by fields it is pretty perfect for photos!
I met Natalie and her girls getting ready with her girls in one of the pretty cottages. They had such a relaxed fun morning and with the brilliant Love Moi Makeup we were all giggling away and the girls were being made to look beautiful.
Natalie got into her dress with the help of her lovely mum and had a reveal to her dad whose reaction was just so sweet and then to her bridesmaids who were blown away!
She walked across to the barn with her dad and the girls and when she got to the top of the aisle Dan whispered something to her (I would love to know what!) that was just the most beautiful moment to capture as her face lit up and it has very much made it into one of my favourite five!
After the ceremony we did confetti and then they had some time to have drinks and relax before we did a few group photos. After this we nipped off for some couple shots on the pretty drive and gardens.
They sat down to a yummy two course meal followed with some really lovely speeches and we just nipped out in time for sunset!
Back at the barn their evening guests started to arrive and we did a sparkler shot just before their cake cut and first dance. This has to have been one of the best dance floors of the year so far I got so many fun shots I can’t wait to share!
Huge thanks to Cody and the team for looking after me. Natalie and Dan’s lovely friends and family for being so lovely and Natalie and Dan for just being blooming amazing in front of the camera!
Here are my favourite five moments…
