It started with big gold balloons…..

…And 2014 continued to be full of gorgeous, sparkly, happy weddings! A million magical moments, hugs, tears and laughter that make up a wedding day and I loved every single one of them.

I always adore pulling together my favorite shots of the year.  This time last year none of these images existed other than in the form of exciting dates in my diary. Some of these couples I had never met before their day but every single one warmly welcomed me in to their wedding and allowed me to capture the best images and the most magical memories I could from their day. Now, one year on there are thousands of images that exist each one not just a photograph but a memory that triggers a thousand more memories for these couples of their perfect day.

I can’t tell you what an honor it is to capture weddings and want to thank every 2014 couple for every image in this post (and the thousands of others!) because without them simply none of these moments would have existed.

This post started at over 700 shots… I have somehow managed to get it down to 250 but do grab a cupper and enjoy, it is a long one but it is well worth seeing every single shot. I would also like to thank my assistants especially the fabulous Heather for working with through 2014 a handful of their images also feature in this selection.

So, it started with big gold balloons….

And it ended with… Father Christmas!
