I Do… Marcus & Charley, Hunters Hall {Favourite Five Moments}

Saturday was the lovely Charley and Marcus’ turn to get married and I was super excited for this wedding.

I actually met them around two years ago and they were one of my first 2017 wedding bookings which at the time seemed like such a long time away. I remember sitting in her parents kitchen with them and meeting her lovely Mum and Dad and I knew this would be a gorgeous family wedding.

Fast forward two years (where has the time gone!) and I headed back to Charley’s Mum and Dad’s house for getting ready shots. Charley had booked a dream team of suppliers including the amazing Emily from Love Moi Makeup, Tracey from Tracey Ward hair, Samantha Powell Flowers, Mike from MS Provision and with a cake by the fabulous Kelly from Eventiss it was set to be a brilliant day. It was also the first time in a long time I had been back at the gorgeous Hunters Hall and I was looking forward to working with them again.

Charley had a lovely relaxed morning getting ready with her girls and I think almost everyone there cried a few tears as they got excited about the day ahead. Her mum Amanda was really emotional getting her into her dress and I think her lovely dad had one of the best reactions to seeing his little girl in her wedding dress I have ever see, they were both so proud!

They got married at a very pretty, little local church which was just flooded with light and the most gorgeous place to shoot their ceremony.

Afterwards they headed outside for confetti before being waved off by their guests as they headed over to Hunters Hall. On arrival they had drinks, canapés and photos in the garden before we headed off for their couple shots in the fields. They were such good sports and we got some gorgeous shots of them in the corn fields with a pretty epic sky despite them being a little muddier than we all expected. Just as it was starting to spit we finished up and ran back to the hall before they were caught in the rain.

Back inside they had an amazing meal and some fabulous speeches before the evening celebrations began with their cake cut and gorgeous first dance.

I know that the very next day Charley and Marcus were moving into their first home together before jetting off on their honeymoon so I know they have a very exciting week. Huge thanks to them both for looking after us so well as well as the wonderful staff at Hunters.

I have so many more I can’t wait to share but for now here are my favourite Five moments…
