On Saturday it was the turn of the lovely Matt and Angela to get married at the beautiful North Wootton Church.

Having met Matt and Angela over a year ago we got right away and I remember even now how warm and just lovely they both were so I was super excited for their day!

It just shows it really doesn’t matter when you plan your wedding… it can rain at any time of the year and despite a beautiful week of weather it certainly rained on Saturday.  Of course everyone wants sunshine on their wedding day but Matt and Angela really showed that to be honest it doesn’t matter what the weather does, as long as you embrace it, enjoy it and end up married thats all its about!

Ally and I just had the best day with these guys and their friends and family. Angela was getting ready with her bridesmaids in the morning and they were the happiest group of girls. Her lovely Mum and Dad made us feel welcome in their home straight away and we had a great exciting morning with them all.

Two of Angela’s bridesmaids hadn’t seen the dress so one of my favourite moments from the day was as she walked down the stairs and they saw her in it for the first time!

They had a gorgeous ceremony at North Wootton Church where the vicar is a star and the rain held while we got their group shots outside. Back at Le Strange Arms despite the rain Angela pulled her wellies on, we grabbed my pretty brolly and we headed to the beach in the drizzle!  They were awesome despite the wet weather, walking up and down the sea front and even running down the dunes and actually their couple shots were all the more fun for it!

Back at the venue we were treated to a 3 course yummy meal the same as their guests and then some awesome speeches followed.

Honestly I really struggled to pick my favourite five moments, I literally have so many more of them I could have shared not least as Matt and Angela had a little dance in the church doorway as they left the church… BUT I will save those for another day… here are my favourite five moments….

Huge thanks to Matt and Angela for being such good sports and looking after us so well and to Ally for assisting on the day. Have an amazing DRY honeymoon (you really deserve it!) and I can’t wait to share the rest in a few weeks time!
