I Do… James & Leanna, Brasted’s {Favourite Five Moments}

Yesterday was my 4th wedding in 11 days and this time it was the turn of the lovely James and Leanna at Brasted’s.

James and Leanna booked me what felt like an age ago, but I remember meeting them, chatting to them, hearing all about James’ very romantic proposal and being very excited for their day.

James and Leanna have the most gorgeous little boy Jenson and James actually proposed by dressing him in a baby grow with ‘Mummy will you marry Daddy’ on the front! Jenson is their pride and joy and I knew he would be a big part not just of their day but of their decision to become husband and wife so a few of these sneak peeks are all about him… and his Mummy and Daddy.

Yesterday’s wedding really was the dream team as I arrived with Emily from Love Moi Makeup doing Makeup, Tracey from Tracey Ward hair doing hair, Jo Flowers doing an epic job of the flowers, Brasteds who simply know how to look after their guests like kings and queens, some awesome balloons by Sarah at Special Occasions and wedding signs and props by Penny from The Little Lending Company. I couldn’t fault a single one of these suppliers who all go above and beyond and it is always a pleasure to work with them.

So the ladies were being beautified meanwhile I headed over to the gents to get some shots as they arrived pinning their button holes on each other. The first shot is of the super cute Jenson watching Daddy and best man Babb popping their button holes on.

Leanna actually had to put her dress on before her hair and makeup but then wore a robe for the rest of the morning so when she took it off we were blown away! We have some lovely shots of her Dad seeing her in her dress but one of my favourites was as they are walking across together beaming and laughing with excitement (and a little nerves!)

Jenson was a little overwhelmed by all the people and the ceremony and was a little teary as Leanna arrived at the end of the aisle. But this just made for this beautiful moment as Leanna reaches across during the ceremony to comfort him.

After the ceremony the guests enjoyed drinks, canapés and even archery outside while we captured their group photos, some shots with Jenson and a few couple shots.

After some awesome speeches and an incredible meal the sun came out and the fields around Brasted’s were looking incredible so we grabbed them for their second set of shots in the corn fields and lanes.

We had the most wonderful day with these three and their family. I love capturing images of the children when a couple already have them before marriage they are such a huge part of the day and little Jenson was a total star!

I can’t wait to share some more but for now here are my favourite five moments…
